Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Provider
The service is operated by businesscalc, Puerto del Rosario, 35600, Spain. Contact: support@businesscalc.eu.
2. Service
BusinessCalc AI provides business calculators, automatically generated informational reports, saved-calculation tools and separately scoped profitability audit services. Features and prices shown at checkout form part of the order.
3. Informational nature
Calculations and reports depend on information supplied by the user. They are general business information and are not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. Users remain responsible for professional review and business decisions.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring Pro subscriptions renew at the interval and price displayed at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise.
5. User responsibilities
Users must submit lawful and accurate information, protect private access links, and avoid attempts to bypass payment or security controls. The service must not be used to upload unlawful or third-party confidential data without authority.
6. Availability
We aim to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.
7. Consumer rights
Where mandatory consumer law applies, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions and rules for services or digital content whose performance begins at the consumer's request. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss caused by our breach. No exclusion applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
