2. Data we process

We may process contact details, Stripe transaction references, subscription status, business information submitted for reports or audits, saved calculations, technical security logs and messages sent to support. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our server.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the contract, deliver purchased reports and subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the service, comply with accounting and legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the service. Marketing messages are sent only where consent or another lawful basis applies.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be handled by service providers required to operate BusinessCalc AI, including Stripe for payments and our hosting/infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Transaction and invoice-related records are retained for periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Account and submitted business data are retained while the service is active and then only as long as reasonably necessary for legal claims, security or compliance.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing support@businesscalc.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Security and international transfers

We use access controls, HTTPS and payment-webhook verification. Where a provider transfers data outside the EEA, the transfer must rely on an applicable safeguard.

8. Cookies

The current service uses only technical mechanisms required for security and access. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, a consent mechanism and updated information will be provided before they are activated.
